Roles & Responsibilities
To Build AI that matters Industree is looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to help us build practical AI solutions using our existing data across farmers, communities, ERP, inventory, production and field operations. Work with real data, real people and real problems — and turn AI ideas into products that are used, not just prototypes. This is a builder role. You will take a real problem, work with data and technology, and turn it into a working solution. You will work closely with our internal Technology team and external development partners.
What You Will Do
● Build practical AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
● Build AI assistants and chatbots for farmers, communities and internal teams.
● Use our data to create insights, predictions, recommendations and alerts.
● Build solutions for areas such as inventory, production and demand forecasting.
● Connect AI solutions with existing applications,databases and APIs.
● Work with external developers to integrate AI into existing products. ● Help build AI capability within the Technology team.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
● 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and software development ● Strong Python skills
● Experience building and deploying AI/ML applications
● Practical experience with Generative AI / LLMs
● Experience with RAG, embeddings or vector databases
● Strong SQL and database skills
● Good understanding of APIs and system integration
● Experience taking solutions from prototype to production
● Ability to work with real-world data and solve problems independently ● Ability to work with existing systems, data and software, and collaborate with development partners to integrate AI solutions.

● AI assistants or chatbots for farmers, communities, customers or employees ● AI applications using real business or user data
● RAG-based knowledge or data assistants
● AI features integrated into existing software ● Inventory, demand or production forecasting ● Anomaly detection and recommendation systems ● Automated reporting and decision-support tools.
