Asst. Manager / Manager Communications

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Communications will play a key role in supporting the organization’s internal and
external communication efforts. This role will help strengthen Industree’s voice and visibility across digital, print,
and social media platforms, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful
storytelling and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Industree’s communications strategy—online and
offline.
• Create engaging content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate with media, creative, and PR agencies to amplify brand visibility.
• Assist in organizing communication campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Track and report communication metrics and media coverage.
• Support senior management with presentation materials, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Maintain the organization’s digital asset library and manage regular updates.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in communications, PR, or digital media (development or social impact
sector preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
