About this Position
The District Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring effective program implementation on the ground. This position bridges the gap between state teams, SRLM stakeholders, and field teams, ensuring that activities are executed on time and with quality. It requires active field engagement, capacity-building support, and on-ground problem-solving to strengthen farmer collectives and program outcomes. By fostering strong partnerships with SRLM and other stakeholders, the District Coordinator will drive smooth execution of program activities, provide critical support to block and field teams, and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement across project locations. The role involves extensive travel across the assigned district(s) to provide on-ground support.
Roles & Responsibilities

Foster and maintain strong partnerships with the stakeholders of SRLM at both district and block levels and other key stakeholders on the ground.

Coordinate and oversee program implementation within the district(s), ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and regular monitoring of activities.

Support documentation at the district level, including progress reports, success stories, case studies, and data required for monitoring.

Conduct regular field visits to ensure adherence to program standards and provide on-ground support to field teams.

Address challenges, escalate critical issues to the state team, and recommend corrective measures for smooth program delivery.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work/Rural Development/Development Studies (Preferred) or any other relevant discipline
Work Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience working in field-based projects
