District Coordinator

Full Time/ Odisha ( Koraput, Nabarangpur, Malkangiri, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Angul)
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with the stakeholders of SRLM at both district and block levels and other key stakeholders on the ground.

  • Coordinate and oversee program implementation within the district(s), ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and regular monitoring of activities.

  • Support documentation at the district level, including progress reports, success stories, case studies, and data required for monitoring.

  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure adherence to program standards and provide on-ground support to field teams.

  • Address challenges, escalate critical issues to the state team, and recommend corrective measures for smooth program delivery.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Skills and Competencies: 

1. Experience in coordinating and monitoring field-level program implementation 

2. Strong understanding of rural development and livelihood promotion programs 

3. Leadership and mentoring abilities to support and guide block and field-level teams 

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

5. Ability to travel extensively and work closely with communities
