Green Gold: Her Strength, Her Enterprise, | Industree x Wells Fargo

The Deep Hand Holding project supported by Wells Fargo and implimented by Industree in Karnataka is transforming the bamboo value chain by establishing two women-owned enterprises that directly engage 500 women and benefit over 4,000 community members.

Rooted in the traditions of the Soligas and many other communities, the project provides training, financial security, and market access through platforms like Greenkraft.com and Flourish.shop. 

By fostering entrepreneurship, ensuring sustainable bamboo production, and contributing to multiple SDGs, the initiative strengthens livelihoods, promotes gender equity, and creates a green, resilient future where women lead as business owners and change-makers. Watch the full video:
