Industree and AP SERP Join Hands to Enable 1,00,000 Women Farmers to Lead Andhra’s Bamboo Future

Industree is happy to announce the signing of 𝗠𝗼𝗨 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗥𝗟𝗠-𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗣 in the esteemed presence of 𝗛𝗼𝗻’𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 Srinivas Kondapalli, Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of Andhra Pradesh, and 𝗚. 𝗩𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗔𝗦, Hon’ble CEO of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty.
The MoU was part of the overall bamboo sub-sector program of the NRLM, which aimed to bring a million women and small and marginal farmers into bamboo cultivation and connect them to robust markets, enabling them to earn improved incomes over the long term.
The MoU signed with 𝗔𝗣 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗣 will 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 women farmers in Andhra Pradesh to adopt bamboo over the next five years, equipping them with the tools, resources, and opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods.
